Vibradeck — Privacy Policy

Vibradeck turns your Android phone into a control deck for your Windows PC. It has two parts: the phone app and a server application running on your computer.
In short
No account is required. We do not collect, store or sell your personal data. We use no analytics, tracking or advertising tools. Your phone and PC talk directly over your local network; your data never reaches our servers — we do not operate any.
Stored on your devices
The following stays on your own devices and is never transmitted:

Uninstalling the app removes this data from your device.
Requests to third parties
The PC application makes direct requests to the following services to fetch artwork and related information. These requests contain no identifying information about you, though the service will see your IP address, as with any internet request:

When you open Spotify, YouTube Music or a web address from within the app, the link opens in your PC's default browser, and that site's own privacy policy applies from that point on.
Permissions

Security
The connection between phone and PC is paired using a PIN shown during setup. After pairing, every command is verified with an access key; a device without that key cannot send commands to your PC.
The connection runs inside your local network and is not encrypted. We therefore recommend using the app on networks you trust, and avoiding public Wi-Fi.
Children
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy is updated, the date above changes. Significant changes will be announced within the app.

Üçüncü taraflara giden istekler

Güvenlik
Telefon ile bilgisayar arasındaki bağlantı, ilk kurulumda gösterilen bir PIN ile eşleştirilir. Eşleşmeden sonra her komut bir erişim anahtarıyla doğrulanır; anahtarı olmayan bir cihaz bilgisayarınıza komut gönderemez.
Bağlantı yerel ağınız içinde ve şifrelenmemiş olarak çalışır. Bu nedenle uygulamayı güvendiğiniz ağlarda kullanmanızı öneririz; herkese açık bir Wi-Fi ağında kullanmamanız daha güvenlidir.
Çocuklar
Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamaz.
Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellenirse yukarıdaki tarih değişir. Önemli bir değişiklik olursa uygulama içinde bildirilir.

Vibradeck convierte tu móvil Android en un panel de control para tu PC con Windows. Tiene dos partes: la aplicación del móvil y una aplicación servidor que se ejecuta en tu ordenador.
En resumen
No hace falta ninguna cuenta. No recopilamos, almacenamos ni vendemos tus datos personales. No usamos herramientas de analítica, seguimiento ni publicidad. Tu móvil y tu PC se comunican directamente por tu red local; tus datos nunca llegan a nuestros servidores, porque no tenemos ninguno.
Guardado en tus dispositivos
Lo siguiente permanece en tus propios dispositivos y nunca se transmite:

Peticiones a terceros
La aplicación de PC realiza peticiones directas a los siguientes servicios para obtener imágenes e información relacionada. Estas peticiones no contienen ninguna información que te identifique, aunque el servicio verá tu dirección IP, como en cualquier petición a internet:

Cuando abres Spotify, YouTube Music o una dirección web desde la aplicación, el enlace se abre en el navegador predeterminado de tu PC, y a partir de ese momento se aplica la política de privacidad de ese sitio.
Permisos

Seguridad
La conexión entre el móvil y el PC se empareja con un PIN que se muestra durante la configuración. Tras el emparejamiento, cada comando se verifica con una clave de acceso; un dispositivo sin esa clave no puede enviar comandos a tu PC.
La conexión funciona dentro de tu red local y no está cifrada. Por eso recomendamos usar la aplicación en redes de confianza y evitar las redes Wi-Fi públicas.
Menores
La aplicación no está dirigida a menores y no recopila conscientemente datos de ellos.
Cambios
Si esta política se actualiza, cambia la fecha indicada arriba. Los cambios importantes se anunciarán dentro de la aplicación.

Vibradeckは、AndroidスマートフォンをWindows PC用のコントロールデッキに変えるアプリです。スマートフォン用アプリと、パソコン上で動作するサーバーアプリケーションの2つで構成されています。
要点
アカウント登録は不要です。個人データの収集・保存・販売は行いません。解析、トラッキング、広告のツールは一切使用していません。スマートフォンとPCはローカルネットワーク上で直接通信します。データが当社のサーバーに届くことはありません — そのようなサーバーを運用していないためです。
お使いの端末に保存されるもの
以下の情報はお使いの端末内にとどまり、送信されることはありません：

セキュリティ
スマホとPCの接続は、初回設定時に表示されるPINでペアリングされます。ペアリング後は、すべてのコマンドがアクセスキーで検証されます。このキーを持たない端末はPCにコマンドを送信できません。
接続はローカルネットワーク内で動作し、暗号化されていません。そのため、信頼できるネットワークでのご利用を推奨し、公共Wi-Fiの使用は避けてください。
子どもの利用について
本アプリは子どもを対象としておらず、子どもから故意にデータを収集することはありません。
変更について
本ポリシーが更新された場合は、上記の日付が変わります。重要な変更はアプリ内でお知らせします。

Vibradeck macht dein Android-Handy zum Steuerpult für deinen Windows-PC. Es besteht aus zwei Teilen: der Handy-App und einer Server-Anwendung, die auf deinem Computer läuft.
Kurz gesagt
Es ist kein Konto erforderlich. Wir erheben, speichern und verkaufen keine personenbezogenen Daten. Wir verwenden keine Analyse-, Tracking- oder Werbewerkzeuge. Handy und PC kommunizieren direkt über dein lokales Netzwerk; deine Daten erreichen unsere Server nie — wir betreiben keine.
Auf deinen Geräten gespeichert
Folgendes bleibt auf deinen eigenen Geräten und wird nie übertragen:

Anfragen an Dritte
Die PC-Anwendung stellt direkte Anfragen an die folgenden Dienste, um Bildmaterial und zugehörige Informationen abzurufen. Diese Anfragen enthalten keine Informationen, die dich identifizieren, allerdings sieht der Dienst deine IP-Adresse — wie bei jeder Internetanfrage:

Sicherheit
Die Verbindung zwischen Handy und PC wird über eine PIN gekoppelt, die bei der Einrichtung angezeigt wird. Nach der Kopplung wird jeder Befehl mit einem Zugriffsschlüssel geprüft; ein Gerät ohne diesen Schlüssel kann keine Befehle an deinen PC senden.
Die Verbindung läuft innerhalb deines lokalen Netzwerks und ist nicht verschlüsselt. Wir empfehlen daher, die App in Netzwerken zu nutzen, denen du vertraust, und öffentliche WLANs zu vermeiden.
Kinder
Die App richtet sich nicht an Kinder und erhebt bewusst keine Daten von ihnen.
Änderungen
Wird diese Erklärung aktualisiert, ändert sich das Datum oben. Wesentliche Änderungen werden in der App angekündigt.
